SPAZE SHIPPING:

We provide FREE room of choice delivery for all orders over $999 within our standard delivery zone. We've also expanded our delivery service to reach more cities. If your delivery address is outside of our standard zone, simply send an email to contact@spazefurniture.com, and our dedicated team will be happy to assist you with a personalized delivery quote.

 

We provide two delivery options: 1. Room of choice: up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path to your room of choice is wide enough for the box. 2. Inside and assembly: our delivery partner will assemble the furniture but will not remove the trash. Also, just a heads up that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

If COI (Certificate of Insurance) is needed for delivery (mostly East Coast), please contact our customer service team right away with your order number. It takes 2 to 3 business days to have COI ready.


At this time, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Room of Choice: furniture delivered to your room of choice inside your home or office. You are responsible for opening the packaging and assembly. Inside and Assembly: Deliver to your room choice and assemble. Please ensure the path to your room of choice is wide enough for the box. Keep in mind that, while our delivery partners will not remove packaging as you might need in case of a return or exchange. The service includes up to two flights of stairs. Additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to additional fees. If you are not sure, please feel free to reach out our customer service before your order is dispatched.

Please note “Trash Removal” is excluded from “Inside and Assembly “delivery service. If you would like to have trash removal service, please send us an email within 3 days from your order date. Our customer service team will be able to work with our delivery partners to add this service, free of charge.

Our Return Policy requires that you keep the original Spaze packaging. Otherwise, there is a handling fee of $70 per box, should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging. Return Policy: https://spazefurniture.com/pages/spaze-returns   

Preparing For Delivery:

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery day, be sure to measure the heights and widths of doorways and hallways, keeping in mind the measurements of your furniture items. Don’t forget to include elevators too. Also, just a heads up that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Day:

Our Large Parcel delivery partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. Once they arrive at the delivery location, they will arrange your package delivery depending on your selected shipping option. Once an authorized consignee receives the package be sure to inspect the contents upon delivery. If you have any issues regarding the packaging or conditions, write down the problem on the delivery receipt given to you by the driver. Then, give us a call and we will assist you.

We recommend keeping cardboard packaging for a short period after delivery/assembly. You’ll be happy to have these boxes on hand in case you need to return your item(s). This is because you’ll be charged handling fee if you return items without their original packaging.

What are the requirements for the consignee?

An authorized consignee over the age of 18 with a valid ID must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time window. The consignee must print his/her first name with the first letter of the last name, and a signature on the delivery invoice. Our drivers are NOT allowed to leave the items unattended.

 

Redelivery fee:


Any last-minute change of delivery date will be subject to a re-delivery fee of $199 or more depends on your location. If you would like to re-schedule your delivery date, please let us know at least 3 business days prior to your delivery date.

Sidney has a larger box, and the box dimensions are 30" H X 75.6" W X 40.2" D. The minimum clearance is 30” in the box and 29” out of the box. Ensure that any pathway leading to the room meets this minimum. Firstly, measure your door width and height, including the diagonal measurement between door jambs. Account for door handle and swing direction. Also, measure the width, height, and depth of pathways leading to the room. Check for potential obstructions.
