Delivery Options:

1. Room of Choice: Direct delivery to your room, including up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path is wide enough for the box.

2. Assembly & Room of Choice: Assembled in your room. Please note that Spaze packaging will not be removed. No weekend or holiday deliveries.

Additional Information:

  • Trash removal is not included in our "Assembly & Room of Choice" service. To add this service at no extra charge, please email us at least 4 business days before your delivery date.
  • There is a handling fee of $70 per box should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Certificate of Insurance

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for delivery, we can help complete one for you once your order is placed. Please email us with a COI sample from your building management. We can take 2-3 business day to have it processed and completed and sent back to you. Please keep in mind this timeline when you are scheduling your delivery appointment.

Measuring Your Clearance

Please measure the height and width of doorways and hallways before making a purchase. It's advisable to measure your space in advance to ensure that the product is a suitable fit and can be easily maneuvered into the desired room. Consider factors such as obstructions behind doors, tight corners, hallways, stairways, and elevator measurements.

Scheduling Your Delivery Appointment

Once your order has been fulfilled, our delivery partner will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. 1 - 2 days prior to  the scheduled delivery,  they will contact you to confirm the specific 5-hour time window for the delivery. On the day of delivery, they will call or text when they are 15 - 40 minutes away from your address.

Redelivery Fee

If there are any last-minute changes to the delivery date or a no-show on the scheduled delivery it will incur a re-delivery fee of $199 or more, depending on your location. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, kindly inform us at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
