30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be over the moon about the goods you buy from us. If, after you unbox the items, you’re just not “feeling it”, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURN POLICY:

If you return items from SPAZE, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the return shipping cost.

Please unwrap your item carefully, keeping in mind that items can only be exchanged/ returned unassembled and in the original Spaze packaging.

If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you are required to package the item, which will protect it from damage in transit. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply. In addition, you will be charged $70 handling fee per item.

Once the item(s) are safe and sound at our warehouse, we will inspect it. After we determine it is in perfectly new condition, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process. If the item is not in new condition or damaged, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Contact us via phone or email and our team will work with you to coordinate pick-up and drop-off of the items.

Shipping/ Return Beyond Our Standard Delivery Area:

Some places are significantly higher shipping rates, so additional fees may apply. If the delivery place is outside of our standard delivery area, we unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges/ free return. Please email us contact@spazefurniture.com and we will be able to assist with the return shipping rate.

Return In Original Packaging:

We’re pretty proud of our furniture’s design and construction. But we understand that there will be times when you are not 100% satisfied with one of our pieces. If you plan to return an item please ensure that it is carefully packed in its original box. This will help protect it from damage in transit.

Refund:

Refunds can only be issued via the method used on the original purchase. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund.

Exchange:

We allow one free exchange per item per order within 30 days of delivery for Los Angeles area.

If you are exchanging your original purchase for an item that costs less than what you initially paid, we will refund the difference back to you using your original payment method. If the new item costs more than the one you originally bought, our customer care agent will assist you in settling up the difference.

The items marked as “Final Sale” or cannot be returned or exchanged.

WARRANTY POLICY:

On the rare occasion that your item arrives to you in not-so-perfect condition, contact us at contact@spazefurniture.com or give us a call at  1-866-520-0755.

We stand by the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3-year limited warranty (from the date of the delivery) on them. The warranty covers residential use only.

In order for the warranty to apply, the item must have been used for its intended purpose under normal circumstances (that means no pajama parties where there are 6 people jumping on a single sofa sleeper). If the item was damaged from causes beyond normal wear and tear, it will not be covered by warranty. Warranties are not transferable, and they don’t apply to items that have been sold to another individual.
