Shipping

  • Room of Choice: Delivered to your room. Up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path to your room is wide enough for the box.
  • Assembly and Room of Choice: Assembled in your room. Spaze packaging is not removed. No weekend or holiday deliveries.

Note: "Trash Removal" is excluded from "Inside and Assembly." Contact us within 3 days for this free service.  Please note,  there is a handling fee of $70 per box, should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging. Return Policy. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Our delivery rates are as follows:

  • For orders under $999 within the Room of Choice Delivery category, there's a $79 delivery fee. Orders of $999 or more qualify for free delivery.
  • In the West Coast Standard Delivery Zone (including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, CA, and Las Vegas, NV - City Limited), the delivery fee is $79, with free delivery for orders of $999 or more.
  • Similarly, in the East Coast Standard Delivery Zone (covering New York City, NY, Trenton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Boston, MA - City Limited), the delivery fee is $79 for orders under $999, and free for orders of $999 or more.
  • For destinations outside the standard delivery zones (including major cities), delivery fees range from $149 to $399 and up. Additionally, assembly services can be requested for an additional $50 on top of the Room of Choice delivery fee.
  • Standard delivery within the standard zones typically takes 3-14 business days, while deliveries outside these zones may take 7-20 business days.

Delivery estimates vary based on location. Here are the approximate delivery times for some commonly serviced areas:

  • Los Angeles: 3 - 7 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • New York City Area: 3 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • San Diego: 7 - 14 business days (Thursday or Saturday only)
  • San Francisco & part of the Bay Area: 6 - 12 business days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday)
  • Las Vegas: 7 - 20 business days (Tuesday or Thursday only)
  • New Jersey Area (some cities): 3 - 7 business days (Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday)
  • Philadelphia City: 7 - 14 business days (Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday)
  • Washington DC: 7 - 14 business days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Baltimore City, MD: 7 - 14 business days (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
  • Boston City, MA: 7 - 14 business days (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
  • For areas outside of our standard delivery zone: 7 - 20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are subject to change and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions and order volume.

For orders to remote locations beyond our standard service area, higher shipping fees may apply. If you see 'Please contact our customer support for a quote' at checkout, kindly reach out to us at contact@spazefurniture.com. We can provide a personalized delivery quote based on your zip code, usually set at a default rate of $500 at checkout. Any adjustments to the delivery fee post-purchase will be communicated via email.  Please note, deliveries to these areas may occur once a month. 

We only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to states such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.

The items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

You can delay your order for up to 30 days at no extra cost. If you need it later than that, it's best to place your order closer to the desired date. Please send us an email and specify your preferred delivery week, if possible.

Yes, we would love to send you upholstery samples. Send us an email contact@spazefurniture.com to let us know which fabric samples you want us to send you.

Delivery and Assembly

Once your order has been fulfilled, our delivery partner will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. 1 - 2 days prior to  the scheduled delivery,  they will contact you to confirm the specific 5-hour time window for the delivery. On the day of delivery, they will call or text when they are 15 - 40 minutes away from your address.

Please make sure the designated area for your new item(s) is clear and has ample space.

You will be contacted on the day of delivery when the team is approximately 15-40 minutes away. 

For residents in apartment buildings, confirm in advance whether a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for deliveries.

When signing the POD, please inspect the pathway to and from your room of choice. If you encounter any concerns regarding packaging or delivery conditions, document the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver.

If your delivery requires a COI, obtain a sample COI from your building management. Forward it to us to begin processing. We will provide you with the completed COI within 3 business days. Please consider this timeline when scheduling your delivery appointment.

Due to the size of the shipment, we are unable to provide a tracking number, but our delivery partners will reach out to you and schedule an appointment.

Yes, assembly is required for most of our products. Most products are fairly easy to assemble. However some items will be more complicated. Please see the assembly instruction prior to purchase. Assembly instructions can be downloaded from the product page in PDF. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us contact@spazefurniture.com

Returns and Cancellations

Yes, you can. The items can only be exchanged/returned unassembled and in the original Spaze packaging. Please see more details on our return policy: https://spazefurniture.com/pages/spaze-returns

Contact us by phone or email to let us know you want to return your order. Then, repackage the product in the original Spaze packaging in which you received it. Next, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a date to collect your item(s) for return shipping. Once the item(s) are safe and sound at our warehouse, we will inspect it. After we determine it is in perfectly new condition, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process. If the item is not in new condition or damaged, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Order Cancellations:

  • Before Processing: No charge for cancellations made before order processing. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • After Processing but Before Pickup: A $49 fee applies if the order is processed but not yet picked up. If cancellation notice is given less than 3 business days before the scheduled pickup, a return shipping fee will be charged.
  • After Pickup: A return shipping fee will be required once your order is picked up by our delivery partner. Please refer to our return page for more details.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3-year limited warranty. If you are having an issue with your product, pull out your phone, take a few photos (or even a short video) showing the issue, then grab a notepad and describe the issue in detail. We offer a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This applies 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers residential use only. In order for the warranty to apply, the item must have been used for its intended purpose under normal circumstances (that means no pajama parties where there are 6 people jumping on a single sofa sleeper). If the item was damaged from causes beyond normal wear and tear, it will not be covered by warranty. Do you think you have any issue that might be covered by our warranty? General

Our furniture and home accessory items are designed by our product experts. Once we are pleased with the design, the plans are sent to our exclusive manufacturers in China and Malaysia with whom we have a strong and long-standing relationship. We visit our partners at the factories throughout the year to ensure they follow our strict standards for ethical business practices and quality control.

Sofa beds are multi-functional pieces that serve for seating, lounging, and sleeping purposes. Many of our sofa beds are built with metal frame, ensuring a longer life span and firmer seating experience.

Firmness is an important factor in back support. The foam of sofa beds is firmer in order to give enough back support during sleep.

If you decide to have a sofa bed in your living room, please do expect that it will be firmer compared to a normal sofa. (Performance vs. Comfort).

You may consider investing in a memory foam topper if you plan to use it for daily sleeping.
