Covid-19 Update:

We continue to offer deliver across California major cities and Las Vegas. However, the world supply chain has been disrupted due to Covid-19. Thus, some pre-order shipments have been delayed.

 

SPAZE SHIPPING:

We do delivery across major cities in California (Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco) and Las Vegas. Delivery options and rates vary according to the location. Also, just a heads up that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you do not see the shipping option for your state at check out, please contact us for further assistance. Not sure if your delivery address is within our standard service area? Give us a call or shoot us an email contact@spazefurniture.com and we will happily confirm.

At this time, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

 

Delivery Estimate/Delivery Dates:

Los Angeles: 3 - 7 business days/Monday-Saturday.

San Diego: 7 - 10 business days/Saturday Only.

San Francisco: 4 - 7 business days/Tuesday-Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  

Las Vegas: 8 - 11 business days./Every Other Saturday.

Rest of US: 4 - 17 business days.

 

Delivery Options:

 

Room of Choice: furniture delivered to your room of choice inside your home or office. You are responsible for opening the packaging and assembly. Please ensure the path to your room of choice is wide enough for the box.

 

Inside and Assembly: Deliver to your room choice and assemble. Keep in mind that, while our delivery partners will not remove packaging as you might need in case of a return or exchange.


DELIVERY RATES:

Preparing For Delivery:

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery day, be sure to measure the heights and widths of doorways and hallways, keeping in mind the measurements of your furniture items. Don’t forget to include elevators too. Also, just a heads up that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Delivery Day:

Our Large Parcel delivery partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. Once they arrive at the delivery location, they will arrange your package delivery depending on your selected shipping option. Once an authorized consignee receives the package be sure to inspect the contents upon delivery. If you have any issues regarding the packaging or conditions, write down the problem on the delivery receipt given to you by the driver. Then, give us a call and we will assist you.

We recommend keeping cardboard packaging for a short period after delivery/assembly. You’ll be happy to have these boxes on hand in case you need to return your item(s). This is because you’ll be charged a re-boxing fee if you return items without their original packaging.

What are the requirements for the consignee?


An authorized consignee over the age of 18 with a valid ID must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time window. The consignee must print his/her first name with the first letter of the last name, and a signature on the delivery invoice. Our drivers are NOT allowed to leave the items unattended.

 

SPAZE EXCHANGES AND RETURN POLICY:

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to be over the moon about the goods you buy from us. If, after you unbox the items, you’re just not “feeling it”, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Exchange:

We allow one free exchange per item per order within 30 days of delivery for Los Angeles area.

Please unwrap your item carefully, keeping in mind that items can only be exchanged/ returned unassembled and in the original Spaze packaging.

If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged $70 repackaging fee per item. In addition, you are required to packaging the item which will protect it from damage in transit. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

If you are exchanging your original purchase for an item that costs less than what you initially paid, we will refund the difference back to you using your original payment method. If the new item costs more than the one you originally bought, our customer care agent will assist you in settling up the difference.

The items marked as “Final Sale” or cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES:

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you return items from SPAZE, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the return shipping cost.

Please unwrap your item carefully, keeping in mind that items can only be exchanged/ returned unassembled and in the original Spaze packaging.

If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged $70 repackaging fee per item. In addition, you are required to packaging the item which will protect it from damage in transit. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Once the item(s) are safe and sound at our warehouse, we will inspect it. After we determine it is in perfectly new condition, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to process. If the item is not in new condition or damaged, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

Contact us via phone or email and our team will work with you to coordinate pick-up and drop-off of the items.

Note: Our return/ exchange policy doesn’t cover products marked as "Final Sale” when purchased.

Shipping/ Return Beyond Our Standard Delivery Area:

Some places are significantly higher shipping rates, so additional fees may apply. If the delivery place is outside of our standard delivery area, we unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges/ free return. Please email us contact@spazefurniture.com and we will be able to assist with the return shipping rate.

 

Return In Original Packaging:

We’re pretty proud of our furniture’s design and construction. But we understand that there will be times when you are not 100% satisfied with one of our pieces. If you plan to return an item please ensure that it is carefully packed in its original box. This will help protect it from damage in transit.

If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged $70 repackaging fee per item. In addition, you are required to packaging the item which will protect it from damage in transit. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging, a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

 

Refund:

Refunds can only be issued via the method used on the original purchase. If the original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund.

 

WARRANTY POLICY:

On the rare occasion that your item arrives to you in not-so-perfect condition, contact us at contact@spazefurniture.com or give us a call at  1-866-520-0755.

We stand by the quality of our products which is why we offer a 3-year limited warranty (from the date of the delivery) on them. The warranty covers residential use only.

In order for the warranty to apply, the item must have been used for its intended purpose under normal circumstances (that means no pajama parties where there are 6 people jumping on a single sofa sleeper). If the item was damaged from causes beyond normal wear and tear, it will not be covered by warranty. Warranties are not transferable, and they don’t apply to items that have been sold to another individual.
